A very Rare Manteño reclining figure vessel. Nude figure wearing a heavily incised headdress or helmet. Burnish blackware. Height 4.25” / 10.79 cm. Length 8.75”/22.22 cm. Manta, Ecuador 850-1450 AD. Genitalia reattached, otherwise in excellent condition. Scarce item.
