Tarascan Copper cast ring. West Mexico Ca. 1000 -1500 AD. Acquired in 2005 for study
and restoration. When removing the verdigris, an image appeared as of a Human skull
head with elaborate nose piercing or possibly a Tic with scrolling arms depending
of view point. Naturally, patina has reformed after thirteen years. Some metal loss
is visible otherwise in nice state of preservation. Comes with display stand.
Measures 3/4" in dia.

HD Enterprises in 2003.
